I love rullepølse. Best definition I have found is spiced meat roll. Mmmm... The American recipes seem to think a beef flank is used, but Casper & the Danes (not a musical group) assure me pigs are the only way to true rullepølse.
Travel arrangements back to the USA are finalized. Time to indulge in everything I may be denied. #1 My beloved rullepølse.
