Day 164 & 166: Celebrate the small things.

Upon reflection of my bloggily failures, I noticed my camera has reached, and casually passed, its 20,000th picture. I thought, 'it would be great to feature the 20,000th picture on my blog'. I searched my picture folders and discovered picture 19,999 (listed as 9,999-because my camera starts over every 10,000) I scrolled a bit more and discovered picture 001. (20,001) Do you realize my confused consternation? There isn't a 20,000. It is lost, crushed by the weight of 19,999 and 20,001.

Disappointing I know.  But let's not blame 19,999 and 20,001--for they are only pictures, not capable of realizing their depressing positions. Instead let's celebrate them.

Picture 19,999: A few friends at another friend's wedding. I apologize for any exploitation of friends.

An engaging story by a forever engaging person. Everyone laugh. I promise whatever she is saying is hilarious. Plus she's holding my purse for me. That's gold.

And there you have it.

ps... Go Denmark @ 1:30 CT today.
